SPG Down Under!
PhD student David Campos Anchieta and Prof. Buck took part in the Acoustics 2023 conference in Sydney Australia during the first week of December. David (picture below) presented a talk on “Robust power spectral density estimation via a performance-weighted blend of order statistics” while Prof. Buck co-chaired a special session honoring the contributions of Dr. Doug Cato to animal bioacoustics and underwater acoustics.
